Wear your summer swimwear, shorts and leggings in comfort and style with these tips on how to keep your pieces crotch-cleavage free!

CHECK THE SIZE!

Try sizing up! Your bottoms might be too tight.
Avoid swimsuit and workout sets and opt for separates in case you need different sizes on top and bottom.
If the extra room from sizing up creates too much space in other places, consider buying the larger size and getting your piece tailored.

NOT THE SIZE? MAYBE THE RISE.

A general rule of thumb is to avoid mid-rise. It’s tempting to pull mid-rise bottoms up higher than they are meant to go, whether to avoid a muffin top or gain extra comfort around your middle! The solution is to deepen the rise of the crotch in order to leave more room for your pelvic bone.

THE PERFECT BOTTOMS.

The thinner and lighter in color a piece is, the more you can see the outline of the body. Invest in pieces that are made with thick high-quality fabrics and are darker in color! Swapping a middle-crotch seam for a front-to-back seam also eliminates potential crotch-cleavage.

WEAR THE UNDERWEAR!

Do NOT go commando!!! Wearing no underwear makes it worse. Invest in a good quality underwear that FITS!

THE ULTIMATE CAMELFLAGE!

Try placing a panty liner horizontally or a reusable insert to block your underwear from riding up!

Check Your Fit

It’s important to eliminate uncomfortable pieces and replace them with high-quality bras and underwear that will last day-to-day wear.

Check The Wear & Tear

Is the wire poking out of your bra? Straps loose or broken? Is the cup gaping or too tight from weight fluctuation? Is the lace too itchy to wear, or the colors too bright to put on under your clothes? If your bra matches any of these categories, it’s time to throw it out and invest in some better pieces.
For underwear, it’s the same deal. Get rid of pieces that are loose, torn, chunky, itchy or ill-fitting and invest in the right sizes and quality!
